Buying & delivery

You get a digital licence by email after payment, normally within a minute. Card details are handled by the payment processor rather than by us.

One purchase gives you one licence. There is no hardware lock, so moving to a new PC is fine, but the licence is not intended to be shared between people — keys used on several machines at once get flagged automatically. Plan details are on the store page.

Setup & updates

Follow the installation guide after you buy. Check Status after big Lost Ark or Easy Anti-Cheat patches — that habit prevents most of the problems people write in about.

Rebuilds are included for as long as your licence is active, on both monthly and lifetime plans. A patch means the build goes offline until it has been rebuilt and re-tested, which is usually same-day but occasionally longer if the patch is large.

Safety & bans

Can you be banned? Yes. Using any cheat in Lost Ark risks the account, and nobody selling this kind of software can honestly promise otherwise.

What reduces risk is keeping aim assistance subtle, never launching on a build that has not been rebuilt since the last patch, and not using an account you would be upset to lose. Compatibility

This is a Windows 10 and 11 product. There is no macOS, Linux, console, or cloud-streaming version, and running it inside a virtual machine is not supported either.

The usual compatibility problem is not the operating system but other software. Anything that draws its own overlay — Discord, GeForce Experience, the Steam overlay, OBS, most recording tools — hooks the game the same way we do, and two things competing for the same hook is why a first install fails more often than anything else. Close them before you start.

Antivirus software will sometimes quarantine the loader. That is expected behaviour for this kind of program rather than a sign something is wrong, and adding an exception for the loader folder resolves it.

Refunds

Read the refund policy before you buy if you need details. Digital licences carry limits once a key has been activated, so the terms are worth two minutes of your time before checkout rather than after.

If something is genuinely broken on our side — a build offline longer than expected, or a licence that never arrived — contact support with your order ID and we will sort it out.
