How to contact us
Email support@lostarkcheats.net. Include your order ID and a short note about the issue. The order ID is in your delivery email, and we cannot make changes to a licence without it.
Detail speeds things up more than urgency does. A message saying which Windows version you are on, what the loader did or did not display, and which steps you already tried can usually be answered in one reply. A message saying it does not work takes three replies to reach the same point.
- Order ID from your receipt
- Windows version and build
- The exact error text, if there is one
- What you already tried
What support can and cannot do
We can help with licence problems, installation failures, reactivating on a new PC, and questions about what the product does. Those are the things we control.
We cannot restore a banned game account, speed up a rebuild that is already in progress, or make a build work while it is offline after a patch. If your account has been actioned by the game, that is between you and the publisher — it is a risk that comes with using any cheat, and we said so on the product overview before you bought.
- Licence and activation help — yes
- Install and compatibility troubleshooting — yes
- Game account appeals or ban reversals — no
Response times
Email is the only support channel. There is no live chat, no phone line, and no Discord ticket queue — which means replies are not instant, but they come from someone who can actually act on a licence rather than from a first-line script.
Most messages get a reply within a day. The exception is the period straight after a game or anti-cheat patch, when volume spikes because everyone writes in at once. If you have written during a rebuild, the honest answer is usually that the build is not ready yet, and the status page will tell you that faster than we can.
A single detailed message gets answered faster than several short follow-ups, because each new email moves you to the back of the queue.
- Email only — no chat or phone
- Usually answered within a day
- Slower immediately after a patch
- One detailed message beats several short ones
Licence transfers and lost keys
If you have lost your licence key, we can resend it — but only to the email address the order was placed with, and only with the order ID. That restriction exists because it is the one thing preventing someone else claiming your licence, so there is no way around it even when the request is genuine.
If you no longer have access to the original email address, a payment reference from your card or processor statement is usually enough to establish the order. Contact support and explain the situation rather than buying a second licence.
Licences are not transferable between people. Moving one to a different PC of your own is fine and needs no involvement from us; handing it to someone else is not supported, and keys seen on several machines at once get flagged automatically.
- Key resends go only to the original order email
- A payment reference can substitute for a lost inbox
- Reinstalling on your own new PC needs no permission
- Keys are not transferable between people
Faster answers
Check the FAQ and Status pages before you write. Many setup questions are already covered, and if a rebuild is in progress the status page will tell you immediately rather than after a reply.
The installation guide covers the small number of mistakes that cause most first-install failures — administrator rights, conflicting overlays, and antivirus quarantine.
