Overwatch 2 Role Queue and Ult Economy
Overwatch 2 fights are won when the tank takes space and the supports spend utility on the person being dove, not on the kill feed.
Tank space is the clock
If your tank never corners, your DPS cannot shoot. Walk up together after a cooldown, not as five solo heroes.
Do not hold a corner ult forever. A mid-fight beat or shatter that wins the point is the point of the game.
Support peel is a rotation
When the other team dives, the off-angle DPS comes home. Ignoring a Tracer because “I am farming” loses the fight twice.
Track their support ults out loud. Nano and trans change whether you take the next fight at all.
Ult economy, not ult hunger
Stacking three ults into a lost fight is how you lose the next one too. Hold one, spend one.
If you won with no ults, take the next fight even faster. They are the ones who need a reset.
