Honing vs Gold in Lost Ark: Stop Tapping Blind
Honing events make every alt look cheap. Then the event ends and your bound gold is gone. Use a cap, not a feeling.
Set a weekly gold ceiling per character
If Chaos Dungeon gold per hour is X, you may spend at most a day’s worth of X on honing that character. Anything above that is a vanity tap. Recalculate after events.

Bots do not fix a bad ceiling
A Chaos Dungeon bot increases X. It does not make +18 taps cheap. If you still dump every bound gold into a dead alt, you will be broke faster — just with more shards on the floor.
Only buy a license if time is the real constraint — compare the plans before you decide.
Read the patch before you hone
Honing rate lines hide in Lost Ark notes. A +10% artisan change is a bigger deal than a new skin. Pair this with the patch notes guide.
